Yaniv Tuchman's report from the judo competition at the Olympics (our envoy to Tokyo)
If you still hoped to see one of the greatest gymnasts ever, Simon Bailes, at the current Olympics, we have some encouraging news for you: Today (Saturday) the American Gymnastics Association announced that Bailes, who went through a mental crisis during the Olympics, will not take part in two individual gymnastics finals Devices - the stepped counterparts and the jumping table.
"Bales has also decided to retire from two finals in the individual competition," the union's official statement said.
"The decision was made after consultation with the medical staff. In the coming days we will continue to assess Bales' condition and only then will a decision be made whether she will face the final of the beam exercise and the final of the ground exercise."

Bales arrived at the Tokyo Olympics as the biggest star, garnering tremendous attention and expectations to win six gold medals.
Her sensational performances at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics and those that came in the competitions that followed, made her a sure candidate to win gold in multi-event, team competition and most individual disciplines.
On Monday, the 24-year-old American participated in the early competitions and although she achieved the highest cumulative result, quite a few criticisms were heard about her performance.
About 24 hours later, she performed the same unsuccessful exercise in the group competition and then retired.
