Occupied Jerusalem - SANA
Dozens of Palestinians were injured today as the Israeli occupation forces suppressed a demonstration against settlements east of Tubas in the West Bank.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces fired bullets and poison gas canisters at the participants in the demonstration, which took place near the Tayseer checkpoint, east of Tubas, in rejection of the Israeli annexation plans and the settlers' attacks, which led to the injury of a young man with bullets and dozens of cases of suffocation.
The village of Tayaseer witnesses repeated attacks by settlers with the aim of seizing Palestinian lands and establishing a new settlement outpost in the area.
