Narrhalla Au currently has 328 members, including 75 minors - Keller welcomed around two dozen of them as his last official act at Gasthaus Gratzmoar, including honorary member Josef Straßberger. It was reserved for Secretary Lauri Hauner to review the past year. There was little to laugh about: The planned “street and courtyard carnival” in the open air as well as pub visits with a limited number of visitors and in compliance with the corona conditions could not be implemented this year due to the restrictions, which hit the fool's minds very badly.
In addition, since this summer the anniversary “70 years of Auer Fasching” would also have been due, according to Hauner. With an anniversary weekend they wanted to celebrate this festival with a party, a summer night ball including a special show program and an anniversary parade, she reported, but the anniversary committee set up for this purpose had to postpone the implementation indefinitely due to a lack of planning security. The board of directors is relaxed about this “time difference when celebrating”, commented second president Robert Rank with a wink: The advantage of a carnival club is that it can also celebrate crooked anniversaries.
The cash report presented by the second treasurer Stefanie Maier contained only a few items. The realization: Little to no activities also result in low income and, above all, fixed costs for expenses. New on the expenditure side, however, are the hall fees that have to be paid for use when training young people. The auditors Martin Thalmair and Andreas Gabriel granted discharge.
Thanks to good preparation and persuasion in the assembly, all posts could be filled in the subsequent elections. In addition to the two presidents, Nina Roggenbuck was confirmed as treasurer. On the other hand, Christian Peters is new as the second cashier. For Lauri Hauner, who is no longer running, Lena Ewert will be the secretary, who will be supported by Sandra Baron as her right-hand man. The press work remains in the reliable hands of Claudia Obermeier, Lisa Nieder, Marion Pichler and Martin Grünwald were chosen as advisors. Marion Pichler and Stefan Nieder act as active speakers.
Under the item “Other”, show trainer Lena Ewert reminded the audience of the email address info@narrhalla-au.de, at which anyone interested could contact if they would like to dance in the guard or in the show program. Words of thanks came from “Vice” Robert Rank to the outgoing Narrhalla greats Markus Keller and Martin Linseisen. For many years, "the Marki" has directed the fortunes of Narrhalla in a wide variety of offices - from the Elferrat to the prince to a member of the triumvirate as vice and for several periods as president - and spent a lot of time on it. No less also the commitment of Martin Linseisen, who accompanied the Auer carnival for decades as vice and bustling court marshal. Both were visibly moved, although these wordsLinseisen concluded his thanks with the cry, which had not been heard for a long time: "A triple strong fool-Halla".
The new President Benjamin Stefan dared to take a look into the future and invited all members to the summer party on September 4th.
Although Carnival 2022 is still in the stars, the active ones have already started training.
Because the plan is not to have to skip another season completely.
