The Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection in Lattakia has seized a factory for the manufacture of dairy and cheese in the industrial area of Jableh, which contains 24 cheese containers containing mold and insects and unfit for human consumption.
The Director of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Samer Soussi, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the directorate organized the necessary control and destroyed the quantities in assets, and the violator was referred to the competent judiciary.
