- A quad accident occurred on Saturday.

According to the police, six people were on the all-terrain vehicles around noon as part of a guided tour on State Road 2072 from Lenggries in the direction of Bad Tölz.

Between the Wackersberg districts of Bibermühle and Knapp, a 22-year-old from Lenggries, who had driven in second position in the column, turned off the road to the right and hit the guardrail.

An Augsburger (30), who had driven behind the Lenggrieserin, could neither avoid the accident quad, nor brake in time and rammed it.

Quad accident in the Isarwinkel: two women injured

The Lenggrieserin injured herself slightly, she complained of pain in the spine area.

The Augsburg woman was seriously injured in the hip.

Both women were taken to the Tölzer hospital by ambulance.

The quads were badly damaged, the property damage is estimated at around 3,000 to 4,000 euros per vehicle.

Damage to the guardrail amounted to around 2,000 euros.

The road had to be completely closed for an hour and a half to record the accident.

The Bad Tölz road maintenance depot took care of the leaked operating materials.
