At 10:48 this (1st) morning, a man and his wife fainted when they were hiking on the ancient road in Yuanquan and on the way to Qingkuaitang.
The wife reported this to the police. The man soon fell into a coma. The fire and police rushed to the scene, and the Government Flying Service also dispatched rescue.
The search and rescue personnel found the victim and rushed to the Eastern Hospital by helicopter. He was sent to the operating room for emergency treatment while suffering from heart pressure. Unfortunately, he died in the end.
The woman involved was accompanied by police officers on the whereabouts of the mountain to assist in the investigation.
The police said that at 10:48 in the morning, a woman was reported to have reported that her 64-year-old husband surnamed Zhao fainted while hiking on Yuen Tsuen Kok Road in Tsuen Wan.
Police officers arrived at the scene. The victim was in a coma by helicopter and was taken to Eastern Hospital for treatment. He was later certified dead.
The cause of death of the deceased is to be determined after an autopsy.

The Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health reminded the public, especially those engaged in outdoor activities, that the weather is extremely hot and appropriate measures should be taken to prevent heat stroke and sunburn.
