The People’s Assembly affirmed that the brave Syrian Arab Army is the main pillar in preserving the security, safety and independence of the homeland.
On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of its founding, the Council directed in a statement, a copy of which SANA received, a salute of appreciation to the Syrian Arab Army, which managed to achieve great victories in the fiercest terrorist war known in contemporary history against the forces of evil, aggression and obscurantist takfiri terrorism.
In its statement, the Council indicated that the previous facts and events that we lived through during the previous years and are living through today proved that Syria is not subject to the tools of threats and threats, nor to the methods of carrot and intimidation in order to dissuade it from its fixed national and nationalist stances and principles.
The Council affirmed moving forward in the path of achieving development and comprehensive renaissance in all fields to rebuild and reconstruct the new Syria with the efforts of the men of the Syrian Arab Army and in cooperation with the rest of the people’s sectors and under the wise and courageous leadership of President Bashar al-Assad.
