The Public Ministry also requested the incorporation of Vladimir Cerrón for the alleged commission of the crime of criminal organization and influence peddling in the case known as 'Los Dinámicos del Centro', an investigation carried out by the prosecution.
The tax thesis maintains that in the Junín region, of which Cerrón was governor, there was an organization that trafficked in driver's licenses and that the money obtained illicitly would have served to finance the party that hosted Pedro Castillo.
CNN has tried to contact Cerrón but has yet to get a response.
On July 4, on his Facebook account, Vladimir Cerrón wrote about the case and titled it "Dynamics of the Center for persecution with the face of legality."
He added that “the mafia in the granting of driver's licenses must be the oldest and most current form of corruption in the country, we do not defend it, we fight it and we despise it.

Various political analysts and opposition parties to the government point to Cerrón as having great influence in the Castillo government.
They assure that the appointment this Thursday of Guido Bellido, as president of the Council of Ministers of the Castillo government, is proof of this and that it constitutes the victory of the most radical wing of Peru Libre linked to Vladimir Cerrón.
Bellido, is being investigated by the prosecution preliminarily for the alleged crime of apology to terrorism.
His appointment on Thursday caused a great controversy in the country that ended in the rise of the dollar and a fall of almost 6% in the Lima Stock Exchange.
