The police in Bad Wiessee forbade a native of Pforzheim to continue their journey on Sunday.

He didn't have a driver's license or insurance for his car.

Bad Wiessee - On Sunday morning in Bad Wiessee, the police stopped a 34-year-old native of Pforzheim in his VW Passat who had neither a valid driver's license nor insurance for his car.

According to their own statements, the officers checked the man around 11 a.m. in Söllbachgrund.

First they noticed that his car with the Pforzheim license plate did not have the mandatory liability insurance.

The 34-year-old then showed a foreign driver's license.

However, after two court decisions in Germany, he was no longer allowed to use it.

So it was invalid.

Since the man no longer has a place of residence in Germany and now lives abroad, he had to deposit a security deposit of several hundred euros.

He is now facing criminal proceedings for driving without a license and for violating the compulsory insurance law.

The police forbade him to continue.
