A person was killed while being investigated by German police after he was detained with a number of participants in protests in Berlin yesterday against the closure measures aimed at containing the Corona virus.
The German newspaper, Bild, quoted the German police as saying today: “The man complained during the interrogation of a tingling sensation in his arm and chest after participating in the demonstration yesterday.” He was taken to hospital, but he died there.
Yesterday, about 5,000 people participated in an unauthorized demonstration in Berlin, “Thinking,” where several clashes took place between demonstrators and the police, and nearly 600 people were arrested after the demonstrators defied orders to disperse and tried to break through the police lines.
