The official of Hezbollah's leadership in the Lebanese Bekaa, Hussein al-Nimr, confirmed that the shooting that took place yesterday at a funeral procession in Khalde, south of the Lebanese capital, Beirut, is "one of the chapters of terrorist hired gangs" that committed an unacceptable act.
Al-Nimr stressed in a speech during the funeral of Ali Houri in the town of Labwa in the northern Bekaa, who died during the funeral of Ali Shebli yesterday on Khaldeh Road, that the resistance will never lose the compass and its compass is known towards the resistance of the enemy and the Israeli occupation, calling on the security and official institutions to identify the perpetrators of the crime, prosecute them and arrest them in order to obtain their punishment.
Earlier today, a unit of the Lebanese army arrested the terrorist Omar Ghosn, accused of the Khaldeh incidents.
Yesterday, two Lebanese were killed and a number of wounded, as gunmen targeted a funeral procession in the Khaldeh area.
