Dachau - The Munich II regional court sentenced a 24-year-old Afghan who last lived in Dachau to four years and six months in prison - for rape and bodily harm, illicit distribution of narcotics to minors and illicit drug trafficking.
In addition, she was placed in a rehab facility.

From December 2019 to March 2020 he repeatedly gave drugs to a girl from Dachau, now 15 years old, both ecstasy and marijuana.
The Afghan smoked a joint with the girl in the late evening of March 16, 2020 in a field in Dachau.
Subsequently, according to the court ruling, he raped her.
He himself had denied any violence.
But the negotiation resulted in something different.
On April 2, 2020 around 5 p.m., he sold a gram of marijuana in an aluminum foil seal to an unknown person in Dachau.
A short time later, he went into the network of the police in a Dachau park.
She found the rest of the marijuana, 8.86 grams in nine seals, in a dog waste bag in the bushes.
The psychiatric assessor recommended admission to the rehab facility.
The 24-year-old himself was against it.
Therapy behind closed doors doesn't do him any good, he said.
He must learn how to deal with drugs in an open space.
“I have to strengthen myself.” However, since he had never appeared for drug or alcohol counseling before, the court ordered the detention.
