Al-Jaish Football Team is continuing its preparations for the Premier League championship, which will start on the thirteenth of next month, which will open with the Fatwa meeting.
Team coach Ahmed Azzam said in a press conference held today at the club’s headquarters that new players were contracted, most notably guards Radwan Al-Azhar, Abdul Latif Naasan and Youssef Assaf, and the return of three loaned players, in addition to the promotion of 7 players from the club’s youth and joining them to the men’s team with the renewal of contracts for 9 players.
Azzam added that we are working according to a specific strategy in preparation for the next football season, relying on the club’s sons and the players who were contracted to fill the shortage, as the current team includes a good number of young players who will do their best to provide a good performance, pointing out that each match has its own circumstances and the development of the level is subject to the passage of time. Time and play more matches in the league, and we strive to be among the first, as usual, at the beginning of the league and compete strongly for the championship title.
For his part, the club’s president, Brigadier General Mohsen Abbas, drew attention to the good level of the club’s players in various tournaments, whether in football or in other sports practiced by the club, explaining that the club’s strategy depends on building a sports generation by preparing young age groups in an optimal manner to serve the club’s teams and Syrian sports. In general, expressing his confidence in the new coaching staff of the football team to compete strongly in the Premier League.
It is noteworthy that the club contracted with the players Ramy Amer, Manhal Tayara, Milad Hamad, Zakaria Hanan, Mazen Al-Eis, Ahmed Al-Ahmad and Basil Al-Hussein, and the contracts of the players Jihad Al-Baour, Muhammad Al-Waked, Muhammad Al-Bari, Khattab Mishlab, Zaid Gharir, Omar Saad Al-Din, Ahmed Al-Khasi, Rami Al-Turk and Ahmed Rajab were renewed.
