People born in 1957 can choose to submit applications via the "Octopus App" or by mail starting yesterday (2nd).

Citizens can choose to register in two ways, namely the "Octopus App" mobile application, or the application form by mail.

As for those who will be 60 years old within 3 months from January 1, 2022, they can also submit applications.
