A man in his thirties died after being stabbed on Monday, August 2 in the evening in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis), where his attacker fled, AFP learned on Tuesday from police sources.

At around 11:00 p.m. in a suburban street in this town bordering Paris, the police found the victim injured with a stab in the chest, according to a police source.
A witness at the scene said he saw a man who, for some unknown reason, stabbed the victim before fleeing on foot, the source added.
The victim died of his injuries despite the intervention of the emergency services.
She could not be identified immediately.
The investigation was entrusted to the Paris criminal brigade.
