In a statement to SANA, the director of Damascus Post, Raafat Al-Nayef, confirmed that the institution began receiving the demobilized since the morning, after securing funds in coordination with banks and setting delivery mechanisms, taking into account the precautionary measures to prevent the Corona virus, noting that providing the service is carried out flexibly and easily while monitoring the workflow and addressing any problem that appears. .
Al-Nayef pointed out that 10 out of 24 louvers are currently working, ready to receive the demobilized, and the number will be increased whenever the crowding increases, pointing out that the Foundation sends compensation to some of the demobilized who have a disability in their homes through an employee from the post.
Al-Nayef added that the number of laid-off beneficiaries reached 8,600, and it is expected that 4,000 of them will receive compensation from Damascus Post, indicating that the compensation payment service continues in all governorates for several months until the completion of the full compensation payment.
In turn, the employee Anas Khordlak indicated that the duration of the compensation delivery does not exceed two minutes only, indicating that obtaining it is done through three cases, depending on either the financial number, the national number, or the triple name of the theater, where the identity information, the service performance certificate, and the flag service book are matched with the computer information, and then he is fingerprinted. The theater receives the payment receipt and then receives his compensation.
In turn, a number of the demobilized expressed their satisfaction with the progress of the process of obtaining compensation through all postal centers, which saved them the trouble and costs of travel and transportation, stressing the absence of any obstacles.
Aghid Tohme from Damascus Governorate and Youssef Al-Shablan from Deir ez-Zor Governorate indicated that organizing the role facilitated the demobilized people to obtain their dues without waiting long, while Saleh Dalil from Aleppo Governorate pointed out that the discipline of the laid-off helped to obtain compensation as soon as possible, while Bilal Asaad and Hussam Mahmoud emphasized Obtaining compensation from postal centers is a good step that reduced the burden of travel and movement between governorates and saved time and effort.
From a demobilized military initiative licensed by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, one of the volunteers, Adham Tsun, indicated that the purpose of the initiative is to provide assistance to the demobilized military by providing information, distributing masks and sterilization, pointing out that funding for the initiative is personal.
