Return to work, a fresh start or the leap into self-employment: Changes in working life are a great challenge.
Several actors in the district have now teamed up to support men and women in this great step.

The project is called “I am my future”.
The employment agency works hand in hand with the service point Fürstenfeldbruck of Frau und Beruf GmbH, the job center and the Brucker Forum.
As a result of this cooperation, women and men from the district who want to change their careers have been able to take advantage of the wide range of offers since last year.
Regardless of whether it is about a return to work after a child or care leave, the desire for a career change or the idea of independence: The aim of the project is to support people in their professional development.
Support in the Fürstenfeldbruck district: Offers are free of charge
In addition, those affected are to be brought closer to the increasing digitization, especially in the application area.
There are corresponding workshops and individual advice or intensive coaching by the re-entry advisor Stephanie Breitscheidel from the Brucker Forum.
The offers are free of charge for the participants.
They are funded by the Bavarian Family Ministry with funds from the EU Social Fund and state funds from the Free State.
They are also supported by the district administration's economic development agency.
Support in the Fürstenfeldbruck district: Coaching is aimed at mothers
Since July, the job center has also been offering information events on the subject of coaching, especially for mothers who are on parental or childcare leave.
The aim is for the women to intensify their social contacts.
It is also intended to keep mothers up to date on developments in the world of work and to prepare them for their return to work.
Support in the Fürstenfeldbruck district: information mornings for those returning to work
The employment agency offers information mornings for those returning to work. These should serve as the first and uncomplicated contact. They take place in the rooms of network partners - such as on October 5th at the Adult Education Center (VHS) Germering or on October 20th at the VHS Gröbenzell. "Everyone who is interested in finding out more about the information channels and the offers of the employment agency is welcome," explains Maria Vogl, who is also responsible for the Fürstenfeldbruck district at the Weilheim employment agency.
