The health authorities in Egypt announced the registration of 5 deaths and 53 new infections with the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
Khaled Megahed, a spokesman for the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, explained that the total number that has been registered in the country of people infected with the virus since its spread has reached 284,415 infected, including 232,060 cases that have been cured and 16,540 deaths.
Egypt recorded 51 infections and 7 deaths from the Corona virus yesterday.
