on TripAdvisor and
came second in the South American list
where there are five other restaurants from Buenos Aires, Mendoza and Córdoba.

This 18th-ranked restaurant is owned by Alejandro Vigil
, Catena Zapata's chief winemaker and owner of El Enemigo Wines.
It works in the same place as this winery, in the town of Maipú, where you can also visit a museum.
The menus by steps by chef Santiago Maestre are made with local raw materials.
Broccoli gnocchi, steak eye with glazed pumpkin, grilled trout with cauliflower and citrus are some of its culinary proposals.

the star of the place is clearly the wines thanks to the well-earned fame of Vigil
