Alejandro Celorio, legal advisor to the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Relations, tells CNN that the companies that manufacture and distribute arms in the United States that were sued by Mexican authorities know that these products are used for illegal acts once they enter the country.
In conversation with Gabriela Frías, Celorio considers that the irresponsible commercial practices of these manufacturers must be rethought.
