Hurricanes: increase probability of season above average

 The probability that the Atlantic hurricane season will be above average increased from 60% to 65%, according to an update of the forecast by the National Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of the United States (NOAA, for its acronym in English) published this Wednesday.
