The Observatory issued a thunderstorm warning at 2:18 pm today. It is expected that there will be squally thunderstorms in Hong Kong, and Cheung Chau once recorded strong gusts of about 70 kilometers per hour.

At 4:30 in the afternoon, a reminder was issued that the thunderstorm area related to Lu Bi was affecting the Pearl River Estuary. In the next one or two hours, there will be heavy rains and squally winds in some areas of Hong Kong. The public should be more vigilant.
