"We started with five dishes without knowing: Do we have to eat this ourselves or does someone come?" These are difficult times for restaurateurs.


In September, the Gerichs are disillusioned, but full of energy: they apply for Rosin's show. Dozens of phone calls follow, a film team comes by for a casting video, then an outfitter ... On March 22nd, the restaurant is closed, the doorbell rings surprisingly: two-star chef Rosin is in person at the door! "No more breakfast, let's go!" He calls out and begins to inspect the inn. “He really looked at everything. Every drawer, every corner, even in the basement, ”says Robert. "It's clean with you, I have to give you that," praised Rosin. But: He also has a lot to criticize - for example the way she cooks. Because Robert Gerich is a trained butcher and cook, but not up to date. He has worked in the security service for the past 30 years. Wife Alexandra also only worked in the restaurant business on the side.The couple bravely accepts any criticism from Rosin.
