A 44-year-old man was arrested and then sentenced to four months in prison, on July 31, for having deceived the vaccination center of the Stade de France, in Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis), in order to recover a health pass fraudulently.
The man was also fined a thousand euros, confirms this Wednesday, the Bobigny prosecutor's office.
According to our information, this inhabitant of Saint-Denis had made an appointment on July 28 via the Doctolib platform, to be vaccinated at the Stade de France.
After registering at the reception, the man explained to the caregivers that he "felt bad", simulating a beginning of discomfort in the queue.
Before being administered his dose, he then told them that he preferred to go home to rest and come back later in the day to be vaccinated and avoid resuming an appointment.
He had incited members of his family to use the same ploy
But it was not until the next day that the man came forward to explain that he forgot to collect his vaccination certificate the day before.
An agent, noting that the man had registered as a present, then issued him his card.
It was only a few hours later that the vaccination center realized that there was a discrepancy in the registers between the number of people registered the day before and those actually vaccinated.

The police arrested the 40-year-old on July 29. Placed in custody, the man admitted the facts and even indicated that he had incited members of his family to use the same stratagem. None of them would have taken action according to a source close to the matter. Having pleaded guilty, the man was presented to a prosecutor in a pre-conviction appearance (CRPC). His sentence was not accompanied by a committal warrant. He therefore remains free and will soon be presented to a penalty enforcement judge.
