Qazak revealed that the training program includes exercises divided into two periods, the first in the morning on the beach, focusing on long-distance running exercises, swimming, short speeds and physical strength using iron weights, and the second in the evening at the boxing hall in Al-Assad Sports City focusing on tactics, technique, game skills and techniques, with a focus on the psychological and moral factor. With the aim of achieving the desired goal and gradually raising the level of technical and physical readiness of the players and reaching full readiness with the start of the next Asian Championship.
