They are those who want to complete their scheme in another jurisdiction because they had to move or relocate.

For work, for study;

for family reasons, for love, for divorces;

for health, for treatments.

The reasons can be multiple and diverse, but Argentines move through the territory sometimes out of obligation and sometimes out of their own free will.

In the midst of this coronavirus pandemic, the decision to move involves a factor that would never have been a concern before, not even an issue to take into account:

vaccination.

It is not always possible to return to the place where the possibility of getting vaccinated with the first dose found them. Sometimes I know but, over longer distances, I don't even dream of it. What happens, for example,

when a person receives the first dose in Comodoro Rivadavia and then moves to the City of Buenos Aires?

"When I realized that it was not going to be easy to receive the second dose in Capital, because I could not register, I bought a ticket back to Comodoro. But when I was about to get on the plane, my father called me on the phone and It says "we got a shift in the province." So I managed to solve it, I already have my second dose of AstraZeneca. But I was left with the impression that for exceptional or rare cases like mine, and that go beyond the norm, we depend on commitment and interest of the workers and officials who are at the

vaccination posts, "

said Santiago.

This young man lives in the City with his partner and their children.

They moved to Comodoro Rivadavia -Chubut- all summer so that Santiago could work

on site

in an investigation that he is carrying out.

For this reason he

was vaccinated in Comodoro.

Back in Capital, he tried to register and could not.

He also made inquiries in vaccinations in the province of Buenos Aires, since he is a teacher there.

Consultations of people who were vaccinated with the first dose in one district and have to be given the second in another are growing.

Finally her father, who lives in Vicente López, managed to get an appointment to process the second dose.

Happy ending:

they called

and vaccinated him at the Cetrángolo Hospital.

What do they say in the Province and City about cases that may arise, similar to these? The Ministry of Health of the province explained to

Clarín

that issues such as Santiago already have an institutional solution: "People who were vaccinated in other provinces have to

approach the vaccination centers with the corresponding card without a shift

. will check the NOMIVAC (which is the Federal Register of Nominal Vaccination). In this registry it is recorded when that person was inoculated and with which of the vaccines. If everything is within the correct parameters, and if vaccines are available, it immunizes him at the moment, "they explained. Of course, more than 21 days must have elapsed in the case of the Sinopharm, and

8 weeks for AstraZeneca.

The

missing Sputnik V

component two makes the situation more complex and will impact in the same way as the rest of the population.

In the city it happens that

it is not possible to register without having domicile in the district.

And on the other hand, it is not possible to register to receive a

second dose,

after having been inoculated in another jurisdiction;

the form does not allow this option.

For the moment, from the Ministry of Health, they shared an email through which the situation can be corrected:

consultavacunacovid@buenosaires.gob.ar

.

You must write to this email, with the basic information: name, document number, when and where the first vaccination occurred.

"The registration will be carried out by an official of the area. The neighbors cannot do it. The system rejects the registration because it already

registers that that person has a vaccine applied in another jurisdiction," they

explained.

Nahuel is a neighbor of

Avellaneda

and was vaccinated with the first dose in his municipality. But when her second shift came to

Sinopharm

, she had moved to

Pilar

to take care of her mother, who is in very serious health. Before leaving for Avellaneda, he went through kilometer 46 of the Panamericana and approached the vaccination center that works there to ask if they could apply the second dose: "I explained everything to them. In this way I thought that I could save all the time of going to Avellaneda, because I don't want to leave my mother alone for so long. They were very kind, but

they told me it was not possible.

That if it had been the first dose, they could vaccinate me, but not with the second dose because

the system already had me loaded in another municipality, "

lamented the young man.

In this case -which occurs in different municipalities but within the provincial territory-, you can resort to another option that the system allows: let the turn expire.

"With an expired turn, you can go to any Buenos Aires vaccination center. But logically the possibility of getting vaccinated will depend on the availability of doses at the time that neighbor approaches," they explained from Health.

According to data from the national government, jurisdictions are responsible for uploading the information of each of the people who are vaccinated.

This information is then transferred to the Nominalized Federal Vaccination Registry (NOMIVAC), which is managed by SISA (the Argentine Integrated Health Information System).

Once the information is up-to-date, then the

vaccination card

is issued

.

In this card you can verify the name, surname and document of the people, type of vaccine, date, if it is the first or second dose, place of application, brand and batch number.

All the information related to this vaccination campaign against the coronavirus is articulated with the My Argentina application.

By downloading the app, the credential can be viewed on the phone.

And in the City, you can check the COVID-19 certificate through WhatsApp.

To achieve this, you have to send a message to the phone 1150500147, known as

Boti

, and write "Covid Certificate".

The Buenos Aires bot asks the user for their DNI number and in a few seconds sends information about the vaccines received and the latest tests carried out on the devices of the Buenos Aires Government.
