From his summer residence at Fort Brégançon, Emmanuel Macron once again criticized the Lebanese leaders on the occasion of the third international conference of aid to the population of a country, which marked the first anniversary of the explosion at the port of Beirut (200 dead).
“The Lebanese leaders seem to be betting on rotting (….). I think it is a historical and moral fault ”
, launched the Head of State at the opening of this international videoconference which made it possible to collect approximately 370 million dollars, that is to say a little more than the original goal.
