Little by little, the movement is gaining momentum. Saturday July 31, 204,090 people beat the pavement throughout France to protest against the extension of the health pass. The previous weekends, 114,000 and then 161,000 opponents had already gathered in the street, and new rallies are planned for Saturday, August 7. Even in the heart of summer, nothing seems to be able to stop a social movement which, over the days, swells… and hardens. Last Saturday, 76 people were arrested on the sidelines of the various processions, including 26 in Paris. Two men were sentenced to suspended prison sentences in the wake of the Paris Criminal Court, for beatings and insults against a person holding public authority.

In the capital, three members of the security forces were also injured during the various clashes that punctuated the many parades.
According to our information, among them, a CRS had his hand broken with a baton given by a demonstrator.
