The deputy of Together for Change Waldo Wolff, who had been involved in the crossings with Florencia Peña due to the visits to Olivos, denounced himself this Thursday in federal Justice to determine that he did not commit "any crime."

The deputy maintained that the accusations of the actress against him are a "fake news" and assures that he never insulted her or made offensive comments.

Peña Loa had denounced him and Fernando Iglesias for "breach of the duties of a public official" in "a context of psychological, media, institutional and symbolic gender violence."

In the complaint, which the deputy presented to the Federal Chamber to be drawn, the deputy assures: "Both my comment to a Twitter, as well as the Twitter of Fernando Iglesias that I commented and that generated the accusation of Florencia Peña, are hours before the name of the actress who is associated with the scandal generated by the visits to the presidential palace during the pandemic appears, "said the deputy.

"However, I am making this complaint so that this fact may be investigated in order for my dismissal to be issued, as I consider it of utmost importance - due to the institutional seriousness that the single accusation matters - that it be the Justice that determines it", added.

According to Wolff, the tweet she wrote and that aroused Peña's anger was not directed at her and she even published it before the record of income to the Quinta de Olivos was known with the actress's name.

"

I make it clear in the evidence presented that I definitely did not refer to any gender issue or to any person in particular.

It is logically impossible that it can be interpreted that I was referring to Mrs. Peña, since said tweet was published 24 hours before. that the record of Mrs. Peña's visit to the Quinta de Olivos was exhibited for the first time, who also clarified that never, at this time, did I refer to her in insulting terms, neither in the media nor on the networks. "

In addition, Wolff presented a request for his expulsion from the Lower House to be considered "in the same act that deals with the request for the expulsion of Congressman Iglesias, just as the ruling party has presented a bill," he added.

"I believe that if a deputy can be expelled for depersonalized expressions subject to interpretation in a social network and they are going to deal with the expulsion request made by the ruling party of deputy Fernando Iglesias, what is at stake is freedom of expression and the guarantee of immunity to express ourselves that emanates from articles 68 and 69 of the National Constitution, "he added.

The visits to the Quinta de Olivos have already been denounced in court.

This Thursday, the prosecutor Ramiro Gonzalez decided to open the investigation against President Alberto Fernández and the model and friend of Fabiola Yáñez Sofía Pachi for the income in full quarantine.

The prosecutor has already requested all the income, including those of Florencia Peña, to assess whether any crime was committed.

"The procedural object of the present case will aim to establish the effective existence of conducts in violation of the norms established in the framework of the declaration of pandemic," said the opinion to which Clarín agreed.
