"Anyone who enters from a safe third country and is demonstrably not politically persecuted must please leave this country again," says District Administrator Martin Bayerstorfer.

At the same time he wanted to offer help to these people, he said at the CSU annual press conference.

Erding - “Anyone who enters from a safe third country and is demonstrably not politically persecuted must leave this country again.” District Administrator Martin Bayerstorfer still has a clear opinion on the subject of asylum. Nevertheless, he also wants to offer help to these people, said the district chairman of the CSU in his party's annual press conference. Five people have already accepted this offer.

Bayerstorfer vented his anger at the Brunold inn. “I defend myself against it when it is always said that only the good, the loved ones are deported and the criminals stay there,” he said and made it clear: “If it has been determined according to all legal requirements that someone is not entitled to asylum because he is not persecuted by the state, regardless of the economic situation, then he has to leave the country too. "

But he still offers his help to everyone, even if they lied about their political persecution, according to the district administrator. Prerequisite: there is an employer who employs them and who also confirms this, or there is someone who provides for their accommodation and guarantees that they do not have to be supported by the state. “Then they travel to their home country, apply for an entry visa there, and I give them prior authorization to re-enter. Then everything will be clearly regulated, ”explained Bayerstorfer and reported that he had meanwhile seen five such cases that would have accepted this offer.

He was happy about the legal basis, said the district administrator, because it sends a clear message: “Anyone can enter the Federal Republic of Germany and use the opportunity to work here and find a new home. But nobody is allowed to say things that are wrong. ”And he was often lied to, well-known Bayerstorfer. For example, someone suddenly showed a passport “that never existed, but which was actually issued in 2019”.

Because of the corona pandemic, there have been very few deportations since March 2020 - and if so, then as an individual repatriation in a normal passenger plane, most recently by scheduled flight to Thailand.

A total of 17 deportations had been carried out from January 1, 2020 to date.

There have been ten accompanied voluntary controlled departures, two deportations are currently scheduled.

But eight deportations also failed.

This happens, for example, when custody or detention pending deportation is not possible and the person cannot be apprehended on the day of deportation.

But even if the flight is canceled or the person being deported refuses to board the scheduled plane, deportation can fail: the pilot then has the option of not taking the passenger with him in order not to endanger the flight.

Bayerstorfer also mentioned "two numbers that are shocking" on the subject of unemployment: On the one hand, the proportion of Hartz IV recipients with a migration background in the district is "sensationally low" compared to other districts, but still amounts to 48 percent.

Second, “well over 50 percent” of recognized refugees over the age of 15 receive Hartz IV - and that does not include those who, for example, attend a German course.

“There is still a lot to be done, because integration means not only that you can communicate, but also that you can find work.” This challenge “can only be solved socially”.
