Many business owners are outraged at the decision to expand the green label outline starting next week, and at the emerging demand to apply it at the entrance to all closed spaces alongside the talk of a possible holiday closure.

The fact that children's entry into places of entertainment will be conditioned by a negative result on the Corona test is another blow to the battered businesses.

Among other things, they complain about a great deal of confusion, and that the guidelines are not conveyed to them in an orderly manner, and that their businesses are shut down again.

Mir Postelnik, owner of the Duda Mit Box restaurant in Haifa, told Walla!

Because "the guidelines are not clear at the moment. We are fed by the media, and no official is updating us, the restaurant owners. ".

Postelnik testified to the changes he was required to make in the business in this situation.

"Economically we will have to reduce the number of workers - we do not know if the Knesset will return - it depends on government decisions," Postelnik said, adding that "if there is a closure, and we are going in that direction, we are prepared for it because we opened the restaurant during the Corona And we started with deliveries. Eyal, a franchisee of the Mexicana restaurant in Petah Tikva, said that the government "lowers second instructions before the closure takes place, instead of defining in advance the number of patients that will lead to the closure," thus allowing time to organize. According to him, there is a feeling that "we do not really know what we are going through in the field of restaurants", and that there is a sense of uncertainty regarding the restaurant's expenses, such as rent payments and property taxes. To this must be added, he said, the goods ordered weeks in advance, and dishes on the menu that were prepared for serving in a restaurant and would not be suitable for deliveries.

"If there is another closure, we will lower our heads until the rage passes. We were less harmed than the rest, but we hope we will not get there like other businesses around us. It hurts - but many get to it," Eyal noted. He added that several restaurants in a nearby area have completely closed their business following the Corona crisis and renewed outbreaks. "They say 'there's a corona - we'd better close now before there are any more losses,'" he said.

"We will bite our lips and do everything possible," he said, preparing for the possibility of another closure.

"My wife and children know that I will be in the restaurant even in the middle of the night if necessary. I will take all the workers out to the hospital again or fire them.

"If I have no choice, and my partner and I will work at the place from morning to night," he testified, adding that "as soon as the news talks about a closure - everything falls on the owners and franchisees."

Idan Tamim, one of the owners of the Mipelo salon in Tel Aviv, lamented the lack of clarity of the new-old procedures, "We are not updated on anything. It is not clear to me where my business is on the scale: is it on the green note or the purple note?".

Tamim spoke about the difficulties that await him and the business in the event that a closure is imposed.

"If there is a fourth closure, it means I continue to pay rent, but I do not put in a penny. After each closure it takes us time to recover, but right now we are open - so everything else is a bonus."

Tamim has reservations about the government's decisions, including the decision to open Ben Gurion Airport, even if partially, and allow Israelis to fly abroad.

"My feelings are that they did not have to open Ben Gurion Airport in the first place - this is what brought the new breed of corona into the country.

"The fact that Ben Gurion Airport is still open is a failure," he concluded.
