To allow Huang to sign a conservative behavior, the Chief Magistrate Luo Quan ordered Huang to sign a HK$2,000 defensive behavior for 18 months. The prosecution agrees that Huang's case is less serious
The defendants Ou Nuoxuan (34 years old, student) and Huang Yaoming (59 years old, singer) were charged with fraudulent acts of providing entertainment to others in the election, violating section 12 of the "Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance" Chapter 554 of the Laws of Hong Kong (1) Section (a) and Section 6(1) refer to two persons in Hong Kong on March 3, 2018, committing fraud in the 2018 Legislative Council by-election, that is, providing entertainment for another person to induce the Another person voted for Nuoxuan of the district in the election.
The prosecution now claims that the charges are serious, but the facts of the case are relatively minor. Therefore, after considering Huang's background and his attitude towards the case, he agreed to the defense's proposal to handle the case with self-signed and conservative behavior.

There is no evidence that the district has provided benefits to Huang
After the court adjourned for a short time, the defense stated that the district also intends to apply for a conservative behavior.
The prosecution stated that there was no evidence to show that the district had paid Huang for the incident, and finally agreed after considering the district’s background and the circumstances of the case.
Luo Guan finally approved the district to sign conservative behavior on the same conditions as Huang.
However, the district was sentenced to 10 months in prison for the unapproved assembly case on August 18 and must continue to serve the sentence.
