The prosecution agrees that Huang's case is less serious
The defendants Ou Nuoxuan (34 years old, student) and Huang Yaoming (59 years old, singer) were charged with fraudulent acts of providing entertainment to others in the election, violating section 12 of the "Elections (Corrupt and Illegal Conduct) Ordinance" Chapter 554 of the Laws of Hong Kong (1) Section (a) and Section 6(1) refer to two persons in Hong Kong on March 3, 2018, committing fraud in the 2018 Legislative Council by-election, that is, providing entertainment for another person to induce the Another person voted for Nuoxuan of the district in the election.
