This Wednesday, five magistrates of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Power of the Federation of Mexico (TEPJF) voted in favor of dismissing its president, José Luis Vargas, whom they accuse of violating the principle of "honorability."
The questioned president affirms that the operation is illegal and that his mandate cannot be revoked if it is not by resignation or there is some administrative responsibility.
