Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, launched a female mentoring plan on Wednesday - on the occasion of her 40th birthday - with which she seeks to help women return to the workforce after the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Archewell Foundation - created by the Dukes of Sussex - detailed in a statement that the plan is a global effort that encourages people to commit to dedicating 40 minutes of their time to help women return to work.
