It means that a wide area of Hong Kong has recorded or is expected to have heavy rain with an hourly rainfall exceeding 30 mm, and the rain may continue.
Some low-lying areas and areas with poor drainage will experience flooding.
Tropical Storm Lu Bi will traverse the coastal areas of Fujian today and gradually weaken.
At the same time, the southwest monsoon in the northern part of the South China Sea will intensify. There will be strong winds, showers and squally thunderstorms in the Pearl River estuary area today and tomorrow, and sometimes heavy rains.
