There is a second suspect in the prosecutor's office in Modena for the death of Laila El Harim, aged forty who died inside the Bombonette company in Camposanto, in the Lower Modena area, stuck in a machine.

After having registered the legal representative of the packaging company in the dossier for manslaughter, the prosecutors also added the nephew of the legal representative himself, that is to say the company safety officer.

Meanwhile, the Modena prosecutor's office ordered the seizure of Laila's cell phone with which the forty-year-old herself had taken photographs of the machine, a die-cutter, to which she was then hooked, being dragged and killed. Imagine that the worker had decided to save probably in the face of malfunctions of the machinery itself. It is also not excluded that the woman had sent those photos or shown them to the competent technicians, but these are elements that only investigations will be able to clarify. Meanwhile, this morning the autopsy began which will have to clarify the exact cause of death.

The Prime Minister Mario Draghi also spoke on the issue of job safety after the reminders of the predictor Sergio Mattarella and the Minister of Labor Andrea Orlando. "There is one thing in particular that is dear to all of us, certainly to me and more than anything else - said the premier - Something must be done to improve an unacceptable situation in terms of safety at work. I address a moving thought and affectionate to all those who loved Laila El Harim. Two months ago it was D'Orazio and so on, every day. Much has been done but much more needs to be done ".
