A fire broke out in Yuen Long.
At about 9:54pm on Friday (6th), a warehouse in Baisha Village suddenly caught fire. The firefighters used three breathing apparatus teams and three jets to fight the fire. By about 2:20 in the morning on Saturday (7th), the fire was finally set. Rescue.
It is understood that the area of the fire site was about 20 meters by 50 meters, and seven villagers were evacuated to a safe place for temporary shelter.
During the fire alarm, a firefighter felt unwell and needed to be sent to Pok Oi Hospital for treatment.
During the fire alarm period, smoke and odor drifted away with the wind. The Fire Services Department once urged citizens to stay indoors, close doors and windows, and keep calm if they are affected.
