Dry brushing benefits

Dry brushing is a natural exfoliating technique in which dry skin is brushed using a special brush. Generally, a dry brush has firm, natural bristles designed to improve blood flow and remove dead skin cells. Some fans of dry brushing also make lofty claims, saying it can reduce the appearance of cellulite, improve circulation, and stimulate the lymphatic system.

How to use the brush

We recommend doing it in the shower before turning on the water, allowing the tub to trap your dead skin cells.
