A man, suspected of being the author of a homicide on Monday August 2 in the evening in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis), was indicted for "
intentional homicide
" and imprisoned, said Friday August 6 the public prosecutor's office of Bobigny to AFP.

On the night of Monday to Tuesday, a 43-year-old man was found in a suburban street in Pantin, stabbed in the chest.
Despite the intervention of the emergency services, he died of his injuries.
A man in his forties, suspected of being the author of the fatal blows, was arrested late Tuesday afternoon.
He was indicted and remanded in custody, the prosecution said.
An argument and insults towards the author of the beatings, alcoholic at the time of the facts, would be at the origin of the attack, according to a source close to the file.
Three other men were also indicted for "
altering a crime scene
", accused of having moved the body.
