Now the district of Ebersberg is reacting and reducing vaccination capacities.
The end will soon be in Poing: The local branch of the vaccination center will finally close its doors on September 30th.

In addition to the collapse in demand, the reason is the expiry of funding from the Free State.
In Ebersberg, the operating company Tresec is reducing capacities promptly in consultation with the district office - we are talking about around 100 vaccinations a day.
The main location will remain in place until at least the end of the year.
The employees were informed about this on Friday morning.
Mobile teams are to provide offers in the district for spontaneous vaccinations
On the other hand, low-threshold vaccination offers of the mobile Temas, such as the Parsdorf furniture store Segmüller, are to be continued, emphasizes the district office.
Vaccination center and district authority describe the offers as successful, they have succeeded in winning numerous people for a spontaneous vaccination.
One is looking for other locations, especially in the south of the Ebersberg district.

Most recently, the number of daily corona first vaccinations repeatedly fell into the double-digit range - including those in medical practices.
On Thursday, August 5th, according to the district office, only 54 district citizens were given the first dose of vaccine.
Vaccination numbers in the district stagnate at around 50 percent
So far, only around 50 percent of the district's citizens have complete vaccination against the coronavirus, and the numbers have stagnated for a few weeks.
Around a third of the district's residents have received at least one vaccination dose through the vaccination center.
The vaccination center sees itself well prepared for a possible fourth wave of infection in autumn or a resurgent interest of the citizens in the vaccination.

The spokeswoman for the district office also emphasizes: "It should be possible to ramp up capacities at any time."
