A 59-year-old woman died on Saturday afternoon electrocuted by a low-voltage electric cable that fell in her garden in Piets-Plasence-Moustrou, a small village in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques located between Pau and Orthez, we learned from the firefighters and the gendarmerie.

According to the gendarmerie, the victim was probably electrocuted while trying to move this bare cable which was in the brush.
