The Lebanese forces, parties and personalities reiterated the legitimate right of the resistance to respond to any Israeli attack on Lebanese sovereignty.
Member of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Ali Fayyad stressed that the resistance established a deterrence equation in exchange for the Israeli aggression, and therefore the enemy has come to realize that any aggression will not pass without a response from it, explaining that what the resistance is doing aims at one thing, which is to protect Lebanon from this enemy and its reckless adventures.
In turn, the head of the Lebanese People's Movement, MP Mustafa Hussein, said that Lebanon and the resistance have every right to respond to any Israeli aggression and to maintain the deterrence equation that restrains the enemy from launching any adventure targeting Lebanon and its people.
The Coordination Committee for the Meeting of Lebanese National Parties, Forces and Personalities considered in a statement today that the missile response of the resistance to the Israeli attacks is justified and legitimate, and it reaffirms its commitment to defending Lebanon in the face of Zionist aggression.
The commission expressed its appreciation for all the sacrifices and efforts made by the resistance to confront Israeli arrogance.
For his part, the head of the National Center for Social Work in the north of Lebanon, Kamal al-Khair, said that the heroic response made by the resistance to the attacks carried out by the Israeli enemy against Lebanon recently is a legitimate matter through which it demonstrated its readiness and permanent presence to confront any danger threatening Lebanon.
The Association of Sons of Arqoub and Shebaa Farms in southern Lebanon affirmed that the response to the Zionist attacks on Lebanese territory is a Lebanese national liberation stance, noting that the Atlantic-backed Zionist enemy wants to re-conquer Lebanon by stripping it of its defensive power. Therefore, Lebanon has the right to maintain this force to deter the enemy from attacks And the constant readiness to recover our land, which is still occupied in the Shebaa farms and the Kafr Shuba hills.
