At 5 am, Tropical Storm Lubi gathered about 530 kilometers southwest of Kagoshima and is expected to move northeast at a speed of about 35 kilometers per hour, roughly toward Kyushu, Japan.
At the same time, Tropical Storm Milky Way gathered about 250 kilometers south of Tokyo and is expected to move northeast at a speed of about 30 kilometers per hour, close to Honshu, Japan.
As the high-altitude anticyclone intensified, the weather in southern China improved in the middle and late part of this week.
Traffic Arrangements on Farm Road in To Kwa Wan
Starting from 12:30 a.m. on August 8, 2021, To Kwa Wan will implement the following traffic arrangements:
a. Change the driving direction
The farm road will be changed from one-way (eastbound) traffic to one-way (westbound) traffic.
b. Traffic diversion
(i) All vehicles will be prohibited from turning right from Tin Kwong Road (northbound) to Farm Road.
Affected vehicles will be diverted to Tin Kwong Road (northbound), Argyle Street (eastbound), Kowloon City Roundabout, Argyle Street (westbound), Tin Kwong Road (southbound), Tin Kwong Road (eastbound), Ma Tau Wai Road (northbound) and Farm Road; and
(ii) All vehicles will be prohibited from turning left from Tianguang Road (southbound) to Nongpu Road.
Affected vehicles will be diverted via Tin Kwong Road (southbound), Tin Kwong Road (eastbound), Ma Tau Wai Road (northbound) and Farm Road.
