Not the first accident on the A6

This tragic accident on the A6 motorway, between a pedestrian and cars, is not a first.

In 2014, a 63-year-old man was killed on the A6 near Wissous after being struck in the province-Paris direction at the junction with the A10.

More recently, in 2019, another 47-year-old pedestrian died on the A6 in the middle of the night.

Living in Antony (Hauts-de-Seine), he used to go to work in Rungis (Val-de-Marne) by crossing the A6 every day on foot around 3 a.m.

Anyone who can provide information about the vehicle that struck the pedestrian, or who was involved in or witnessed the accident, or who could provide information about the victim, is asked to contact the Chilly-Mazarin motorway CRS on 01.70 .29.80.60.
