The Green Label Regulations went into effect last night (Sunday), after the Corona Cabinet approved last week to extend the imposition of restrictions on the public.

To whom will the restrictions of the green character apply?
The restrictions will apply to everyone, except children under the age of 12 - who will be bound by the green label only from August 20.
This delay is intended to complete the establishment of the rapid testing system.
Where will the green character apply and where not?
The green mark will be extended to places where there is a crowd of less than 100 people, which can only be entered by those who are vaccinated, recovering or have a negative corona test.
Among the places that will operate with a green label: cultural and sports events, hotels, gyms, restaurants and bars, prayer rooms and conferences.
Among the places that will continue to operate without a green label are shops, malls, pools, museums, libraries, national parks and nature reserves.
And what about children?
At this point, entry to places with a green sign is allowed for children under 12 even without a check.
However, from August 20 the children will have to undergo speed tests, for which they will be given for free.

What is the cost of the quick test?
As of today, hundreds of speed testing complexes have been deployed across the country.
A person who can get vaccinated and chooses not to - will have to pay about one hundred shekels for each test, which is valid for 72 hours, to enter the places that are required by the green sign.
Children under the age of 12 will be eligible for the free test, as they are not currently eligible for the vaccine.
What about those who have not been vaccinated in a third dose?
People aged 60 and over are entitled to be vaccinated in the third dose against the virus in order to increase the level of antibodies in the body, thus avoiding a serious illness in case of infection.
However, the third immunization will not affect the green mark, as anyone vaccinated with two doses will be able to enter places with a green mark.

What about someone who does not have a green sign?
Eligibility for the green label applies one week after receiving the second dose of the vaccine.
Any person aged 12 and over who chooses not to be vaccinated will have to be tested quickly before entering the places required for the green sign.
The tests can be performed at MDA and Home Front Command complexes throughout the country. The test costs about NIS 100 and is valid for 72 hours.
