President Alberto Fernández headed this Monday the launch of the second stage of the
"Argentina Program" plan
, through which 60,000 young people will be trained in programming and subsidies of 100,000 pesos will be granted to purchase computers and free Internet connection cards.

The "Youth Week", which will run until Friday in Tecnópolis, also includes the first
'hackathon'
