Lenggries / Wegscheid - According to the officials, the party took place on Saturday evening in a hut at the foot of the Brauneck - not in public, but in private.

On Sunday around 3:30 am, however, several uninvited guests mingled with the celebrants and used the "free" bar, the police reported.

Owner asks intruders to leave the cabin

The intruders were repeatedly asked to leave the location in Wegscheid by a 45-year-old Lenggrieser - he is the owner of the hut.

But they didn't come to that.

Instead, they attacked the 45-year-old and hit him over the head with a beer bottle.

A Lenggrieser (40) and Planegger (17), who rushed to the man's aid, were also attacked with beer bottles, punches and kicks.

All three suffered lacerations and bruises.

The attackers then fled, who, according to witnesses, were at least two men and one woman with Eastern European appearance.
