The director of the incubator, Louay Sheko, said in a statement to SANA that training and rehabilitation are free within the incubator on more than 30 trades, as the trainee chooses the trade he wants according to his talent and desire.

Sheko revealed that the incubator is in the process of cooperating with the Damascus branch of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent to conduct training courses for those who have talent in handicraft and craftsmanship, pointing to the role of the incubator by embracing those who show excellence during training to be on the production line in one of its workshops or to provide them with equipment to start working in their home, pointing out that the incubator It markets its products through its own mall.

Hanadi Darkazli, a trainer at the barbering and beauty center in the incubator, explained that the aim of these courses is to develop the skills of the trainees, including the families of the martyrs and the wounded, and to empower them to help them find job opportunities. The graduate can enter directly into the labor market upon completion of the course.

In turn, the social worker at the Sawa Productive Cooperative Society, Salma Hassan, indicated that the association held several courses within the incubator in the field of sewing, through which nearly 600 people came out of the families of the martyrs and the wounded. She explained that the training is carried out through stages, up to the stage of securing job opportunities for them inside or outside the association, in addition to securing sewing machines for some of the wounded so that they can start working inside their homes to suit their health status.

Safaa Diab, who was trained in the incubator in the sewing profession for a period of three months, pointed out the skills and experience that she acquired during this period, which enabled her to engage in the labor market faster and shorten the long time in the search for work.
