Russian Ambassador to Austria: Dialogue is the way to resolve differences with the European Union

Lyubinsky called on the international community to respect the free and sovereign decision of the citizens of Crimea to reunify with the Russian Federation, pointing out that Crimea is an indispensable part of the Russian Federation as it is historically entrenched.
